My test said it uploaded, why can't I go onto the next test?

You've just completed a test and you're ready to go onto your next one.  You're sure that it's finished because the upload bar has completed and a message popped up which says that the test had uploaded successfully.  When you go to your "Available Tests" tab on your dashboard, it says that your last test is "still in progress".  Why on Earth would it say that?  

Tests actually still need a few minutes to complete on UserTesting.com's end after you've uploaded it.  During that 5-10 minute time span, you won't be able to take another test.  If you try to see tests which are available to you, you'll get the "test still in progress" error message.  Don't fret, simply go make yourself a sandwich or check Facebook for a few minutes.  By the time you get back, that message should be gone and you'll be able to continue testing.  If more than 20 minutes have gone by and you still see that message, please let us know by emailing support@usertesting.com and we'll happily look into it for you.
