The number of opportunities fluctuates day-to-day and are largely dependent on the needs of the customers. You may not currently qualify for the recent tests, based off of your demographic profile. Remember, we're constantly distributing new tests: you can receive a test any time, on any day of the week.
Here are some tips to maximize your chances of receiving new tests:
- Stay logged in on your dashboard. You'll hear a sound notification when a new test is distributed to you.
- Aim for a 5-star rating. The higher the rating, the higher the chance of you receiving new tests. For best practices, please go here.
- Pay attention to the blue highlighted area above your dashboard. If you fill out the surveys, you may qualify for more tests.
- Ensure your profile is up-to-date. This includes mobile devices. You can download our UT app here.
We ask our customers to rate videos based on how helpful they are. Above is the rating scale that our customers use.
Since we want to provide our customers with a quality experience, testers who receive 1 or 2 star ratings won't get many test invites.
But, we want you to be successful, so we review all 1 and 2 star rated tests and will clear any rating that we determine wasn't warranted.
