How do I unsubscribe and/or delete my account?

If you plan to come back, you don't need to delete your account. We'll keep it safe while you're gone!

If you still want to delete your account please reach out to support@usertesting.com.  You will no longer be able to log in to your dashboard and you won't receive any emails, or test notifications.  If you decide to delete your account and want to test again you may need to re-apply to be a tester.

If you'd like to keep your account, but want to unsubscribe from our emails, newsletters, or test notifications, please follow the instructions below.

To stop receiving test email notifications: 


1. Sign into your account and click 'Account Information'


2. Click on 'Edit my User Account'


3. Check the box for 'Don't send me new test emails' and v
oilà!

To unsubscribe from our emails:



1. Find the Tester Newsletter in your email inbox



2. Scroll down to the bottom and click 'unsubscribe from this list' and that's it. You're now unsubscribed!
