If you experience prolonged technical issues with your UserTesting iOS app, you may need to reset UserTesting from scratch by deleting and reinstalling the app. Doing so should reset your settings and resolve technical errors. Deleting the app will not affect your UserTesting account.
Delete the app
1. From your home screen, tap and hold the UserTesting icon until a menu appears. Then tap "Rearrange Apps".
2. Tap the "X" that appears at the top-left of the app's icon.
3. You'll be asked to confirm your decision to delete the app. Confirm to delete the app from your phone or tablet.
Reinstall the app
Open the App Store and search for "UserTesting" to reinstall our app.
