If you're experiencing prolonged technical issues with your UserTesting iPhone or iPad app, you may need to reset UserTesting from scratch by deleting and reinstalling the app. Doing so should reset your settings and resolve any unusual technical errors. Don't worry, uninstalling will only remove the app and its settings from your iPhone or iPad.
Delete the app
1. From your home screen, tap and hold the UserTesting icon.
2. After a second or two, tap the "X" that appears at the top-left of the app's icon.
3. You'll be asked to confirm your decision to delete the app. Confirm to delete the app from your phone or tablet.
