This is due to a change we made with the way the Android app works. The app automatically looks for updates, and prompts you to download them when they're ready. The issue is, if you have an older version of our app, you won't be able to complete the auto-update. To solve this, you'll need to first uninstall the current version of the app from your device. Click on application manager, and then click on the app you want to uninstall (in this case, it's UserTesting):
Click the "Uninstall" button to complete the process:
Once that's done, visit usertesting.com/app to download the new version of the Android Mobile Recoder. Once you install this version and activate it, you'll be able to complete the auto-updates going forward.
