Once you finish a test, the upload process will begin. From time to time, files can encounter issues during the upload process. For a comprehensive list of steps to solve upload issues, read here.
📌 Please note that the steps listed below only work for tests completed within the last 2 hours that used the UserTesting Screen Recorder. This means that the test must have been completed using a computer with a browser other than Google Chrome.
If you’re experiencing trouble with uploading a test you’ve completed in the last two hours, please navigate to the "Completed Tests" tab on your dashboard. There, you’ll find a blue button to “Check for missing videos”. Click this button to retry the upload for your test.
If this button doesn't seem to be working, follow these steps:
1. Log out of your UserTesting account
2. Clear your browser's cache and cookies
3. Restart your computer
4. Log back in to your UserTesting account and click the "Check for missing videos" button once again.
