UserTesting's Message Center allows customers to contact you directly to send brief messages.
Do use the Message Center to communicate and provide clarity or additional comments regarding recently completed tests, to facilitate scheduling of additional sessions in the future, or alert customers if you are having difficulty attending a scheduled session.
Do not use the Message Center to ask for a rating, additional compensation, or inquire about the status of your uploaded test. If you have account issues, contact the UserTesting Support team.
Please note that customers are not allowed to request your contact information or solicit additional work outside the UserTesting platform. All correspondence between test participants and UserTesting customers should occur within UserTesting's Message Center, not via telephone or email. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!
