UserTesting no longer supports the Internet Explorer browser.
- When will this happen?
- We will be ending support for the Internet Explorer browser as of March 11, 2019.
- What do I need to do?
- Download a new browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.) before March 11, 2019, to ensure you can still log into your dashboard and accept tests.
- Will there still be tests that require using Internet Explorer?
- This will be a very rare case, but you may still come across a test that requires using Internet Explorer. In these cases, start the test in a browser that is NOT Internet Explorer (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.). Once the test starts and your screen is being recorded, you will be instructed in the task instructions to launch the IE browser to complete the customer’s test.
