Occasionally, a customer may offer a bonus for finishing a longer test or completing a multi-part study.
Has it been a week since you completed your test?
Bonus payments are not processed automatically. Since they are processed manually, you won't see it reflected in your dashboard immediately. We give our customers 3-4 days to watch your test and ensure they are satisfied with the results.
Once they've reviewed your video, you'll see your pending payment update to include the bonus amount. Please wait 5 business days to contact the Support Team regarding your bonus after test completion. At this point, we can contact the customer and post bonuses for tests that have been successfully completed.
We always suggest you keep track of tests you complete, to make sure they appear in your Completed Tests tab, and to ensure you are compensated appropriately. This is especially true for tests that indicate a bonus payment will be provided.
Was your test longer than an average session?
A standard testing session is 15 to 20 minutes. Bonus payments will only be provided if your test is longer than a standard session and the customer offered a bonus payment in the screener or scenario. If the customer indicates there are is a bonus payment for longer tests, and your test is, for example, 12 minutes long, you will not receive a bonus payment. Similarly, please do not submit lengthy tests unless you are providing insightful and valuable feedback. You'll only receive a bonus payment if your test is helpful to the customer.
